The decision is reached to turn over the project to the University of Kentucky. Department of agriculture and extension is involved. On July 26, 2018, the board voted to donate the property of Heavenly View Farm to the University of Kentucky.
September 2018
UK real estate Foundation Ford Stanley does an evaluation with local Board of Extension and Gary Hamilton.
October 2018
A decision is reached by Board of Mount Sterlin Extension that they prefer to have UK involved in the disposition of property.
November 2018
The University of Kentucky will be involved in the transaction. Transfer will occur by year end.
