Donna Lynn Price Executive Director, CorpWell Foundation

Donna Lynn Price brings more than 30 years of nonprofit leadership, program development, and community advocacy to her work at CorpWell Foundation. A strategic executive known for building mission-driven organizations from the ground up, she has spent her career at the intersection of human services, experiential education, and social impact — developing programs, leading teams, and mobilizing resources for the people and communities who need them most.

Her nonprofit career includes senior leadership roles at the Princeton-Blairstown Center (Princeton University), where she served as Director of Program and Facilities, overseeing experiential youth programs for underserved communities, managing a $1.5M operating budget, securing ACA accreditation, and working directly with the board on donor strategy and grant development. Earlier, as Coordinator of Housing at United Cerebral Palsy of WNY, she supervised 25 residential sites for adults with disabilities, managed a $1.5M operating budget, and led HUD-funded housing development — work that continues to shape her commitment to community-based care and aging with dignity.

Donna’s board and volunteer leadership is equally extensive. She has served on the boards of the Warmshowers Foundation (Chair, Communications and Fund Development Committees), Abilities of Northern NJ (Chair, Fundraising Committee), Holistic Mentorship Network (Board Chair), Hosteling International–Niagara Frontier Council, BIKE WNY, and the Western New York Training Consortium, among others. She has also served as Founding Chapter President of BWNICE and as Chapter President and VP of Policy/Programs for NJAWBO.

She holds dual master’s degrees — in Outdoor Recreation Administration (Aurora University) and Special Education (SUNY Buffalo) — and is a trained grant writer and facilitator in conflict resolution, open space technology, and undoing racism. She is the author of five books, including Launching Your Dreams: Making WILD Ideas Happen and The Adventures of Matilda and LuciLu.

In 2003, Donna founded Compass Rose Consulting, a business growth and profitability coaching company for women entrepreneurs. Drawing on her own experience building a business from scratch after two decades in the nonprofit world, she has spent more than 20 years helping women move from reactive to strategic — using her Business Growth Compass framework and 8 Profit Keys to help clients build businesses that are profitable, values-driven, and aligned with the way they’re built. Her core message: there is no one-size-fits-all path. There is only YOUR WAY.
